As you may know, Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and County Health Officer Travis Gayles have announced that Montgomery County will officially enter Phase 2 of Re-Opening at 5PM on Friday, June 19th. It must be acknowledged that there are limitations and restrictions to ensure safety of the staff, the students and the community. 

Safety and cleanliness have always been a top priority at Infinite Fighting Concepts Academy. Now more than ever we have increased our cleaning and sanitation. We've prepared for you to return by performing a thorough deep clean and sanitation of the entire Academy. As much as we would like to go business as usual, we MUST follow all of the rules and regulations to ensure the safety of our team, students and community. 

Therefore, we are excited to announce that Infinite Fighting Concepts will be RE-OPENING on MONDAY, JUNE 22nd. We cannot wait to 'Welcome You Back' into the academy. Like the County is reopening incrementally based on public health data, Infinite Fighting Concept's team has our own Phase One (1) & Two (2) Approach of Reopening.
With that being said, Phase One, it will begin on Monday, June 22nd with temporary modified schedule and essential guidelines, such as temperature checks before entry, a limited number of members for each class, etc.

Our daily life routines' have fundamentally changed. As martial artists, we must always be ready to embrace & to face the challenges and obstacles in our path. Through training, all of us will learn the ways to overcome them. 

All of us are facing new changes in our daily life routine! Thus, it is an utmost importance to be keep ourselves 'Active and Positive'. This pandemic has showed all of us, the importance of our health &  keeping the body and the mind healthy & in-shape.

In accordance with governmental orders and guidelines, Infinite Fighting Concepts Academy is taking extra precautions to help our communities stay safe and healthy. This includes extensive cleaning protocols and social distancing practices within each of our destinations.


A Comprehensive Approach

We continue to follow stringent sanitation protocols for proper disinfection, operation and maintenance, as well as adding additional procedures to achieve a new level of cleanliness.

Deep Cleans

Continuous scheduled disinfection of high-touch surfaces throughout the club

Club hours adjusted to allow for overnight deep cleaning

Enhanced Procedures

Team members receive ongoing training on cleaning protocols and are provided with disinfecting kits

Self-Cleaning Stations

Easy, readily available equipment disinfectant spray

Hand-sanitizing stations are conveniently located throughout the club

Class Sizes

Group fitness classes will require reservations, and schedules will be adjusted to be consistent with governmental orders and guidelines and to allow for thorough cleaning between classes.

We are taking careful actions to facilitate social distancing. Look for extra signs to guide you through each space and help us all practice social distancing.

Protect Yourself and Others

How to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus:

Wash your hands vigorously and frequently

Use a hand sanitizer that’s at least 60% alcohol

Keep 6 feet apart from other people

Avoid touching your face

Masks are

Avoid contact with people who are sick

Stay Home if You are Sick

Studies suggest that COVID-19 may be spread by people who are asymptomatic. But if you have a fever, a cough, shortness of breath even just feel a little run down, don’t take a chance—stay home. Visit the CDC for a list of current known symptoms of COVID-19.

Help Boost Your Immune System

Now more than ever, it’s essential to prioritize our health by helping our bodies better fight and recover from illness.

Get at least 20 minutes a day of exercise to prime the immune system, help combat bacteria and viruses. Even low-intensity exercise like going for a walk or slowing down with yoga or meditation helps by reducing stress.

Eat a nutrient-dense diet comprised of whole foods like meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts and whole grains while avoiding sugar, refined grains, processed or packaged foods.

Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night to help allow your body time to perform preventive maintenance, which helps bolster the immune system.

Spend time outdoors to help naturally boost your vitamin D levels and/or consider supplementing with vitamin D + K2.

Consider taking supplements proven to help support immunity like the high-quality vitamins and minerals.
